When shopping online, you like the best possible service in delivery of your parcel. We do our best  in providing such.

- We try to ship all orders as soon as possible. Partyzz! is a webshop, but we also sell at our shop in the Hague. Because of that, sometimes products that are still available in our webshop, might have been sold in the shop. 

- If any of your ordered products are not in stock, we will always contact you as soon as yourorder comes in.

-Any sold product can be returned within 14 days, after receiving them. Partyzz! will return you rshipping costs.

- If any product appears to be damaged, please let us know immediately after opening the package. We will try and replace these as long as in stock.
